Energy is the thing we cannot fully see, taste or touch… it’s the subtle river of electricity that flows through each of us. It’s the reason why we are alive as it gives us vitality. It regulates our bodies functions like breath, digestion, blood flow, elimination, cellular healing. Life force is distributed energy based on the strength our nadis and quality of chakras. Life force effects the quality of our consciousness, our thoughts and emotions and our overall health and well-being.
Receiving Prana Shakti supports your life force by clearing anything in your field that is limiting you from rising into your highest expression. Prana Shakti is from the Mother Field to support us in returning to our divine essence and activating our KA Body and Kundalini Shakti. KA is our etheric light body that allows us to connect deeply to Source, our guides and integrate our higher self. The KA holds our unique soul gifts. Shakti is our spiritual divinity that supports in our inner transformation.

Our life force lessens when we have accumulated trauma, karma, armor and masks that have kept us safe.
This modality supports us to release the layers and energetic stagnancy that limit us and hold us back from rising into our full potential.
This list is what drew me to this healing modality especially because I experienced all this myself and more.
And the fact that there is nothing to consume, nothing to do, simply be present. I feel that is so beautiful and needed in the moment of time of masculine energy dominated world of always doing.
This is the practice of full surrender. When you quiet the mind, with trust and allow yourself to drop into full presence of your body - magic can unfold. As you surrender and allow the energy to awaken, it can be an intense, yet beautiful experience…it can also be very subtle.
The more you open to this frequency the more your body purifies, self heals and activates your infinite potential and portal of healing.

I have embodied this pure frequency of Shakti Kundalini, also known to awaken Christ Sophia Consciousness within and this is the only way to share it. What Does A Session Look Like?
You will lay down on a yoga mat, rug or bed. A spot that is comfortable, but not so comfortable you fall asleep. You will open your hands to receive similar to savasana pose in yoga. And then you will close your eyes and listen to the music. The music takes you on a sound journey. I open the field and connect to pure Mother Source frequency and connect into your frequency bringing intention to your chakras and energy centers to transform any stagnation or density in your auric field. Moving the energy intuitively and guiding it through to support your highest healing and expansion.

You may feel spontaneous movement, you may want to sing, scream, cry, shake, laugh, dance, activate light language. Also nothing may happen. All is allowed in this sacred space. You are held exactly as you are with whatever you experience. You have full permission to express however you feel called. There is no wrong way to receive this work as long as you are authentic to yourself.

As a Sacred Feminine KA facilitator I am guided by your nervous system, honoring your unique window of tolerance and with a trauma informed approach I know exactly how to hold you, no matter what rises. The sacred feminine approach is one honoring and allowing. You will never be forced to release. This is not a quick in/out yoga class— this is sacred ceremony. Because when you go deep into these healing spaces there is no rush, allowing for proper time to process and a sharing circle to reflect. I always recommend plenty of time for integration after. Preparing for a KA Session
Finding inner peace can help your experience of surrender go that much smoother. If you have worked with meditation, yoga or breath work it’s a beautiful time to do these practices the day before or day of a session. Having a nourished nervous system can help the process, I recommend therapies like craniosacral prior. You also don’t need to do anything prior. If the above stresses you out, arrive as you are. That is perfect too.
What you should do before a session:
𓆃 fast from eating 2-3 hours prior to your session (hydration okay) If you’re a breastfeeding mama or really need something eat light, like fruit and honey
𓆃 no alcohol 24 hours prior
𓆃 if you’ve had plant medicine like Ayahuasca or San Pedro it’s best to wait a week or more after as your field is integration this deep medicine
𓆃 no cannabis or any doses mushrooms the day of, it’s best to come sober and clear as possible
𓆃 no caffeine 4 hours prior (cacao is recommended if you’d like something)
𓆃 be sure you set up ample time after the session to integrate and ground in nature if possible and nourish your body and heart
𓆃 if you ingest alcohol after the session it will diminish the effects, so it’s important to do your best to integrate the energy in an intentional way and avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours

The Online Temple
All sessions are held through Zoom, with in-depth training, support, and ceremony provided inside a sacred energetic container.
For Online Ceremonial Sacred Feminine Kundalini Activations
𓂀 We will connect on Zoom (you will receive the link in your confirmation email once you book)
𓂀 I will share my music through Zoom: wearing headphones or having good speakers is important for this experience, but not required
𓂀 During the session you can lay on a yoga mat, bed or rug with your body in savasana (no pillows under the neck if possible)
𓂀 A quiet space away from people to be alone for the activation, your camera must show your full body laying down so I can share the transmission with you and work with your unique field. I prefer the camera to the side of you so I can see your entire side body
𓂀 Be sure to fast 2 hours prior, water is okay. If you really need something have something light, like fruit or herbal tea or cacao
𓂀 Sober and clear is the best way to receive
Integration - what you discovered in your KA session put into action and integrated into your current reality. 90% of this work is integration.
After a session the energy is potent and intense. This is heightened Kundalini Shakti raw life force energy - the energy of All creation. I want to remind you this is YOUR energy. The energy of non duality— the stream of juicy oneness of Shakti and potent fire of Kundalini.
Revisiting your session in your mind and seeing what action steps you can take into your current reality to bring the shifts you desire. Paying close attention to the people who you cross paths with, taking time with your loved ones and time in nature and exploring all the magic life has to offer is an easy way to integrate this frequency. It’s important that you do not drink alcohol or take substances after or the energetic changes can be diminished.
You might feel really sensitive— this is normal. You are becoming more sensitive to shed all that is needed for you to stand in your full power + potential. You might have a purifying process such as feeling ill and needing time rest. Everyone has a unique experience to them.
I recommend to connect to nature after your session— putting your feet in the soil, going into a body of water or simply having a shower or salt bath. Be sure to hydrate really well as energy work burns minerals. You may have a headache from third eye activation or brain pathways rewiring. I recommend alternate nostril breathing is this happens. You may feel a lot of energy, like you’re high or feel really creative. Use your sacred energy however you feel! If you feel like dancing, do it! If quiet nature is what you need— do that.

There is no over doing it or maximum amount. This journey is in your hands. If you want to do a session once a week or more go for it. If you feel one a month is more your thing, do that. Allow your intuition and energy system guide you. For retreats we have 1-2 sessions per day.
Your Sensitivity to the Frequency of Shakti ~ Mother Source
You will be more or less sensitive to this stream of raw life force energy within a session. Some have intense physical spontaneous movements that may include kriyas or yoga postures and others have little to no movement. Those that have inward journeys can still have profound experiences with messages, visions and insights. You may feel third-opening, tingling through the arms and hands. Some may take time to naturally open to this frequency. Mostly, there is no need to judge or measure your sensitivity - over time as you are exposed and as you work with this energy on your own you will explore it within your vessel and intuitively know how to work with or access it. Anything is possible as you deepen your journey with your light body.
A Message from Iva Kelsey
Kundalini has been seen across cultures since the beginning of time such as the cobra protruding from the third eye of the neteru depicted on ancient Egyptian walls, snakes all throughout India connected to Shakti, the dragons in Asia. This work is where all cultures meet as one unified humanity. I have been studying the patterns across many cultures to understand what we are truly doing in this profound modality. The teachings I share are where the cultures and understandings merge.
In Ancient Kemet the Priestesses of Iset (Isis) would activate the KA Body in ceremony to support healing and remembering. The KA body is the god aspect and divine self holding your gifts and remembrance of your soul across lifetimes. When Kundalini awakens according to Vedic understanding you also receive your siddhi’s (gifts), so these understandings and teachings coincide.
This shows us that truly we have the greatest technology within our hearts, our hands and our presence to support our evolution. We are truly limitless beings, we have just forgotten our power…our truth. And it is the time to remember.
