After I arrived to Ecuador in 2020, I was hit with depression. I was confused as to why as I finally made the shifts to live in alignment to my soul. Then came the symptoms of brain fog, inflammation, blacking out, disconnection, I couldn’t remember the points to my sentences and after some time I intuitively knew I had the expression of Lyme disease. I felt so lost and was still in survival mode to support my family financially.

In 2021 after the birth of my second daughter, I got blood work that confirmed I had two activated strains of Lyme. After that confirmation I had a choice, to leave my family to go heal or be at home and heal myself. I chose to heal myself as I trust in our bodies innate healing abilities and keeping normalcy in our day to day was a priority to me.

I started to eat an ancestral diet after not consuming meat for over a decade, I committed to gentle detox, breath work, mind reprogramming and supported myself with herbs from the jungle. After 6 months, all the symptoms faded except my vitality still didn’t return. I was grateful for all the progress I made.

Then Kundalini came into my life, first in my dreams, showed up in books and divine synchronicities.

Kundalini energy deeply called to me during my wild pregnancy with my third daughter. After I had the most beautiful undisturbed birth outside on my porch under the stars, I remembered ah this is it. This is Shakti energy.

Just a month postpartum I had my first Kundalini Activation session a month after I gave birth. and I was forever changed. I was very sensitive to this energy, my experience was otherworldly. In that first activation, soul memories poured in, my lifetimes as a Priestess already working with this frequency.

I knew Kundalini Activation was my path, I simply answered the call.

After receiving consistent Kundalini Activations, my vitality returned, my nervous system restored and I felt the most myself than EVER before. I realized Lyme became my greatest gift in life, directing me to my true gifts with energy.

In June of 2023 I completed my Kundalini Activation Training. It was one of the most potent experiences of my life. I discovered my channeling abilities in a completely intuitive way - I use these abilities daily to hold this frequency. After that training I continued to study many Kundalini courses, books and anything I could get my hands on because I deeply knew I wanted to devote my life to Shakti’s frequency (and I continue to devote my life to studying this work today).

With a background as a Registered Nurse, I’ve experienced and seen a lot. I’ve seen how the allopathic medical system isn’t a system to truly heal us. I’ve always wanted to help others in healing and leaving my career as a nurse was standing in my Truth in how we truly heal. I never thought I’d end up in energy work  - yet here I am and it all makes sense. I had to face and see the darkness to truly see and find the light.

I am a mama to three beautiful goddesses living an unconventional life. Originally from the States, I grew up surfing in the Atlantic Ocean in Florida where I lived all my life. As soon as I turned 18 and had more freedom, I craved to see the world. And so I did. First on surf trips to Central America then to see my roots in Sicily.

In 2016 I met my husband, he’d been living in Costa Rica prior to us meeting and found himself in the States healing after an accident. A few weeks after meeting him I had a solo trip planned to CR - so he booked a ticket and met me for a week. And one of the first deep conversations with him was that we both desired to move abroad and start a family. Together we traveled to Central, South America and islands in the Caribbean. On our second trip together, backpacking through Ecuador, we fell in love with a special village on the coast.

Four years after discovering that dusty surf town in Ecuador, we moved there. In 2020 we sold everything in the States including our home, less than a mile from the ocean to take a leap to our ultimate adventure. Here we are four years later, now with three beautiful girls living our dream in paradise, living just steps from the Pacific Ocean.

Our dream wouldn’t have been possible without the support of our families and the courage it took as we made many risky leaps to get here. I am eternally grateful to be walking this path, of healing.

I am no guru, master or anything of the sorts - I am a student of life. I’m merely a channel for healing because in reality YOU are healing. I am the torchbearer lighting, guiding the way, and activating you to help you remember.

I truly believe this path of spirituality is about embodiment of your soul and highest self & expression. This path isn’t about ascending, only descending deeper into our human body, into the womb of Gaia and the beauty of the life we get to create from inner peace, authentic essence and our creative expression. My philosophy is simple - live a pure life… I’ve had pura vida tattooed on me since the age of 20 and it still rings true: to live with a pure heart, intentions and action. Living honestly, in integrity and in harmony with all beings.
