The Container
Every ceremony is a 3-hour deep dive designed to hold you completely. To honor the vulnerability of our collective space, the sharing circles will not be recorded.
The Flow of Each 3-Hour Ceremony:
The Opening & Transmission (Word): We begin by gathering our intentions. You will receive a spoken transmission to support you in deepening your relationship to yin.
The Deep Dive (Energy & Music): A full hour of hands-off, deep-cellular energy work. Immersed in curated, high-vibrational music, you will lie down, receive, and allow the Divine Mother frequency to purify and restore your nervous system. Cameras on for this (you will not be recorded, only me).
The Integration (Circle & Share): We close our space by coming together in a sacred circle. This is your time to speak your truth, be witnessed, and process your journey in a safe, unrecorded environment.
